Ultrasound

is a basic diagnostic test that uses soundwaves to acquire an image from inside your body. Ultrasound scans can help detect problems with organs, vessels and tissues.
This entire procedure is painless, safe and uses no radiation. It may take 20 to 30 minutes to perform.
Any preparations needed for the test will be advised during booking.
This test is performed by a trained professional (Medical Imaging Technologist) and interpreted/ reported by a qualified Radiologist.
A copy of your reports will be sent you and your referring doctor.
