BOOKING

During your booking, please note the following details may be requested and is necessary to proceed with booking of appointments:

Correct Name as per birth certificate and two phone contact
Residential address
Recent travel history or direct contact with anyone within a quarantined zone- please identify if you have been exposed to anyone that might have tested positive
Any flu-like symptoms for yourself or anyone of your immediate contact
Vaccination status.

No entry allowed without a properly donned mask.
Care Fiji app must be switched on and you must check-in and out at door (if app not available, than details must be provided upon request)
Temperature check at door and hand sanitisation.
Only one person over the age of 18 years meeting the above criteria can accompany the patient in the clinic.
Maintain 2m distance from other clients / staff as much as possible unless otherwise advised by the medical team during procedures. (Kindly do not walk up to the reception desk or ay staff- all process will be advised upon booking).
Please strictly abide by your appointed time given as it allows the team to sanitise and clean as required between patients.

Maintain 2m distance from other people as much as possible especially anyone out of your nuclear bubble.
Maintain good ventilation and hygiene practices such as sunning out beddings frequently and washing linens and towels.
Avoid any crowded spaces especially any place with poor ventilation.
Practice good hand hygiene and properly clean surfaces often.
Avoid touching your face, eyes, nose and mouth.
Wear your mask (proper technique) every time you leave your home.
Cough/sneeze into a tissue and dispose of it properly into a bin immediately after use.
Get vaccinated if appropriate.
